These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Sekipau's voice-over and audio production services. By engaging our services, submitting projects, or accessing our platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Sekipau. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Users must provide accurate and complete information when submitting project requirements. You are responsible for ensuring all content provided for voice-over work is original or properly licensed. Users must respect project deadlines and communicate changes promptly. Payment obligations must be fulfilled according to agreed terms. You agree not to use our services for illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content including hate speech, defamatory material, or copyrighted content without proper authorization.
Users must maintain confidentiality of any login credentials and are responsible for all activities under their account. Feedback and revision requests must be constructive and within the scope of the original project brief.
Sekipau provides voice-over and audio production services subject to availability and capacity. We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our capabilities or ethical standards. Service delivery times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and current workload. We do not guarantee specific voice characteristics or exact replication of reference materials.
Technical limitations may affect audio quality depending on source material provided. Rush orders may incur additional fees and are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee compatibility with all playback systems or formats beyond industry standards.
Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to the completed audio as specified in the project agreement. Sekipau retains ownership of the voice performance and production techniques. Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the voice talent's performance. Any background music, sound effects, or additional elements remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
Clients grant Sekipau the right to use completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless explicitly restricted in writing. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our work constitutes copyright infringement.
Sekipau's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our responsibility is limited to providing voice-over services as specified in the project agreement.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Technical issues, equipment failures, or force majeure events may affect service delivery. Clients are responsible for creating backups of delivered files.
Payment terms are established per project and must be honored as agreed. Late payments may result in project suspension and additional fees. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for undelivered work only. Completed work that meets project specifications is not eligible for refunds due to the custom nature of voice-over services.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under applicable commercial arbitration rules. The prevailing party may be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs.
These terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any legal proceedings must be initiated within one year of the dispute arising.
Sekipau reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We may terminate services for violation of these terms or inappropriate conduct. Upon termination, completed work will be delivered, but ongoing projects may be cancelled with appropriate refunds for undelivered portions.
